Aims and Scope

The International Journal of Clinical Transfusion Medicine is a peer-reviewed, open access, online journal.
The journal’s focus is on the clinical part of the vein-to-vein transfusion chain, publishing on all topics pertaining to clinical transfusion medicine. These include:  clinical-experimental research, policy-making, educational development, patient blood management, haemovigilance, quality of care and practice aspects, and evidence-based practices associated with clinical transfusion medicine.
Original research, short reports, reviews, case reports and commentaries are invited.

The International Journal of Clinical Transfusion Medicine will no longer consider meta-analyses for publication.
