![Noteworthy comment: Great example of clinical use of a compound demonstrating agonist directed trafficking- reduced recruitment of b-arrestin. This is particularly relevant in the current climate as this study focuses on an opioid agonist that could yield less development of tolerance in the real world and possibly lead to a lower required dose.
