![Noteworthy Comment: This review is very well done. The genetics of Alzheimer's disease has been divided into two parts: early onset AD (EOAD) under 65 years of age and late onset AD (LOAD) over 65 years of age in this work. It is well recognized to describe the three main genes involved in EOAD ( APP, PSEN1 andPSEN2) and several genes related with LOAD. This paper would ultimately make a significant contribution to the literature.](assets/img/article_icons/noteworthy.png)
