![Noteworthy comment: It is important to note that one essential aspect of translational effectiveness in general, and comparative effectiveness research in particular is the charge and the ability of all in the field to describe clearly what the process is, for what fundamental reason it is preformed to way it is, and to disseminate comparative effectiveness research to stakeholders. In order to do that, we must strive to engage specialists as well as the non-expert readership with the key take-always from our research findings in non technical terms.
